PureMAGiX® PCR Cleanup Magnetic Beads provide a streamlined, centrifugation-free workflow for purifying amplified DNA before sequencing, genotyping, enzyme digestion, secondary PCR, and related molecular biology applications. The superparamagnetic bead and buffer system is designed to selectively recover PCR products while common reaction contaminants are removed during magnetic separation and washing. The workflow can be completed in approximately 20 minutes and can be adapted to manual processing or automated, high-throughput cleanup. Multiple package sizes let laboratories align reagent volume with method development, routine batch processing, or higher-throughput operations.
