PureMAGiX® Oligo(dT) Magnetic Beads, 2.8 µm, are designed for the isolation and enrichment of polyadenylated mRNA from eukaryotic samples. Covalently immobilized Oligo(dT) hybridizes with the poly(A) tails of mature mRNA, enabling magnetic separation from other RNA species and sample components. The isolated mRNA can support reverse-transcription PCR, cDNA synthesis, cDNA library preparation, RACE, Northern blot analysis, RNA sequencing, and transcriptomics workflows. Package sizes from 1 mL to 100 mL support evaluation, routine batch processing, and higher-volume operations.
