CHEMISTRY BUILT AROUND YOUR LABORATORY WORKFLOW

PureMAGiX® Oligo(dT) Magnetic Beads, 1 µm, are designed for selective capture of polyadenylated mRNA from eukaryotic total RNA, crude cell samples, and validated animal or plant tissue workflows. Covalently immobilized Oligo(dT) hybridizes with poly(A) tails, allowing target mRNA to be separated magnetically from other RNA species and sample components. The 1 µm formulation provides an Oligo(dT) loading of 500 pmol per mg of beads. Recovered mRNA can support RT-PCR, RNA sequencing, cDNA synthesis, cDNA library preparation, RACE, Northern blotting, and transcriptomics.
