By adjusting the bead-to-sample ratio according to the applicable protocol, laboratories can enrich desired fragment populations and remove unwanted fragment sizes without traditional gel extraction. The magnetic-bead workflow is designed for efficient manual processing and adaptation to high-throughput liquid-handling workstations. Rapid magnetic response supports clean separation and helps reduce residual bead carryover during recovery.
